Angelina County Bail Bond Board oversees the licensing and operations of
the Bail Bond Business in the County. The regulations for the Board and
Bail Bond Agents are found in the Texas Occupations Code Section 1704
at:
tlo2.tlc.state.tx.us/statutes/statutes.html
Only agents licensed by the Board are eligible to make
Bail Bonds in the County. Applications to become a licensed agent are
available at the District Judges Office and are also available for
download below.
