offenses with a $20.00 dismissal fee. |
- Inspection of vehicle - if the inspection had not been
out over 60 days and the vehicle was inspected within 10
working days of offense. ($20.00 dismissal fee)
- Expired registration - if the registration had not been
out over 30 days and the vehicle was registered within 10
working days of the offense. ($20.00 dismissal fee)
- No insurance - if you can provide proof of financial responsibility
at the time you received the ticket. (No fee)
