LEGAL NOTICE: APPLICATION TO CLOSE COUNTY ROAD
Notice is hereby given of intent to make application to the Commissioners’ Court of Angelina County, Texas for an order to vacate, abandon, discontinue, and formally close a portion of the John Keely Road.
This notice of intent to apply to close the portion of the John Keely Road is hereby given in compliance witht he requirements of SECTION 251.052 of the Texas Transportation Code. This Notice, as required in said statute, will remain posted for at least twenty days prior tot he making of the application.
Notice is further given that considerationa nd hearing of said application will be made by the Angelina County Commissioners’ Court, at a Regular Meeting thereof, to be held at 10:00 AM on the 11th day of June 2019, in the Commissioners’ Courtroom located in the Angelina County Courthouse Annex, or on such other date and time as is subsequently designated by the court. All interested persons should be present at that time.
