Deep East Texas Council of Governments will hold a series of public hearings regarding the submission of applications to the Texas General Land Office for funding through Community Development Block Grant Program Mitigation program. The purpose of these meetings is to allow citizens an opportunity to discuss the Citizen Participation Plan, the development of local housing and community development needs, the amount of funding available, all eligible activities, and the use of past CDBG funds.
Written and Oral comments regarding the applications will be taken at public hearings scheduled for the following dates, times, and locations:

Monday, September 28, 2020 at 6pm at City of Shepherd Community Center, 11020 HWY 150, Shepherd, Texas 77371
