Notice is hereby given that the above name Commissioners Court will hold a Public Hearing at 10:00 AM on December 8th, 2020, with the hearing to be held in the Angelina County Commissioners Courtroom at 606 E. Lufkin Ave, Lufkin, Texas to hear public comments and consider action concerning the amount of the mandatory provider participation payments that the Angelina County Commissioners Court intends to require of all local hospitals in state fiscal year (SFY) 2021 and how the revenue derive from those payments is to be spent.
